Day Twenty-Nine.

We're back in action!

Today we started on the woodwork, which needs to be done in most of the house for the carpet guys on Monday.

First I finished up painting the master bedroom. The master bedroom is the same color as the master bath.







Then I took all the tape off of all the upstairs walls, and retaped them all in preparation for the woodwork. Here's the tape.



I also retaped the living and dining room so we can paint the woodwork there tomorrow.





We (Ben) also installed light fixtures! It was harder than it looked.

This is in the master bath - the other bathrooms will all have a similar fixture.





And we also replaced the one in the stairwell, which, as you'll recall, looked like this:



And now looks like this:




Accomplished:
1. First coat of paint put on all woodwork upstairs (except guest bath).
2. New light fixtures in master bath and stairwell.
3. Living room/dining room taped off in preparation for painting woodwork.
4. Master bedroom walls finished.
