Day Nineteen.

Today we put a second and final coat on the kitchen and entry walls.

Ben also taped off the downstairs bathroom and rolled the first coat on. It's a darker grey than the hallways, although it's hard to tell in these pictures.

And I got to try my hand at serious sanding for the first time. I did the door and all its trim in the dining room, and about half the baseboards. Sanding is tedious but not terrible.

This is the fireplace mantle, covered in paint dust from the sanding:

It's a good thing the carpet is brown so we can't see how truly dirty it is in that room right now.

Accomplished today:
1. Second coat on kitchen walls.
2. Second coat on entryway walls.
3. First coat on downstairs bathroom.
4. Sanding of trim/door in dining room.

Because all the walls were painted with textured paint. In a PATTERN. I'll try to get a picture of the unsanded bedroom walls that show it better.
